It's Important that you are familiar our Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is an essential condition of our service to you. It not only protects us, bit also ensures fair access to our services by ensuring we are not turning people away due to bookings that don't transpire. For those reasons, we have the following very reasonable policy:
If you need to cancel, ALWAYS do so at least 24 hours ahead
If a learner driver cancels a lesson more than 24 hours before a lesson is due to proceed, the learner driver will receive a credit for the full cost of the lesson to be rescheduled for another time/date.
Cancellation less than 24 hours ahead of lesson can be charged in full
2) If a learner driver cancels a lesson 24 hours or less before a lesson is due to proceed, Tess Driving School has the discretion to charge the learner driver for the full cost of the lesson and the lesson cannot be rescheduled.
